Do you have insurance?

Yes. We hold a complete public liability and damage cover insurance – however we are very proud in having never  needed to use it, and we do take every precaution to avoid needing to do so.

How can I book?

We can accept bookings via Email, Whatsapp, phonecall or text. We are an incredibly busy small business so please bare with us! 

How can I pay? 

We accept either Cash, Bank Transfer or Debit / Credit Cards .

Will i receive an Receipt?

Yes every job we do is accounted for, we will issue a receipt upon payment which is emailed to you that moment. We do not offer any “Cash” jobs (non accounted).

How long will it take?

Our cleaning times vary depending upon what we are doing for you. We will tell you in advance how long we are expecting to take. 

Do your prices vary depending how dirty my oven is?

No. Our prices are fixed no matter how dirty your Oven is! Our Quotations are given before our visit and do not suddenly jump up on arrival. 

How do you clean the Oven?

We strip the Oven down to its bare components, take all removable parts outside to our van mounted Tank and clean all parts with non caustic and non toxic methods.

Do you leave a mess in my kitchen?

No. We will always clean up our work area so it looks just like we have arrived, we clean any surfaces we use and the floor.

Do you cover and protect the floor?

Yes. We carry dust sheets and tarpaulin to ensure we do not damage or dirty your kitchen floor.

Are there any parts you do not clean?

We clean the whole oven, however we will not do anything which that will cause damage to you appliance. E.G If the roof of the oven is covered by an element and it is not possible to clean around it without damaging it, we will not risk causing damage. We will explain this prior to any work carried out. 

When can I use my appliances after cleaning?

You can use them as soon as we walk out of the door as we do not use any chemicals that need to be left or burnt off. Just turn on and use as normal.
