To perform a replacement repair: we use a spare piece or donor piece of carpet from somewhere hidden in your property (under a wardrobe, cupboard etc). We cut out the damaged piece of carpet and then place the donor piece into that space. We then reconstruct the Carpet layer by layer to ensure a more or less invisible finish!
Please note: all repair costs are individually quoted based upon size, location & repair type.
To perform a re-tuft repair: we skilfully and patiently re-insert individual Fibres of Carpet. These types of repairs are generally for smaller damaged areas such as Cigarette burns or Ash drops. We do not necessarily need a donor piece of Carpet for these repairs as Fibres can be pulled from the excess around the edges. We will essentially pluck out Fibres to place in the damaged areas.
